The applicant must submit a self-attested hard copy and a scanned pdf copy of the following certificates/enclosures within the stipulated time mentioned below.
- Print out of the duly filled in application form
- Brief resume and a list of five best publications of the candidate
- Proof of age
- UG degree Certificate
- PG degree Certificate(s)
- Ph.D. degree Certificate (If applicable) with the authentical proof regarding date of successful completion of Ph.D. programme.
- Registration Certificates for UG & PG and renewal validity (applicable for medical faculty)
- Experience Certificates
- Caste certificate SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) certificate/PwBD certificate issued by the competent authority (If applicable, as per GoI norms)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates who are working in Government Organization on regular basis (If applicable)
- Reprints of five best publications (Not more than 5 publications must be attached)
- Any other relevant documents
