LIC HFL Junior assistants are selected by online examination and interview. Online exam will be conducted as objective type an multiple choice questions for 2 Hours duration.

Salary for Junior Assistant
Total emoluments per month will be in the rage of 32,000 to 35,200 (depending upon the place of posting City Category based). This includes Basic pay, HRA, Other benefits & PF Company contribution.
Six months probation period from the date of joining.
