Educational Qualification
Economics
- Ph.D. in Economics.
- Master’s Degree in Economics with good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree level from an Indian University or equal degree from an accredited foreign University.
- Standard publications in the subject.
- A minimum score of 60 according to score card approved by ISEC during the preceding calendar years (January 1 to December 31) during the period 2018-2022 (to be filled in the attached Excel Sheet and submitted as soft copy).
Decentralisation and Development
- Ph.D. in Economics in the area of Decentralisation and Development.
- Master’s Degree in Economics with good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree level from an Indian University or equal degree from an accredited foreign University.
- Standard publications in the subject.
- A minimum score of 60 according to score card approved by ISEC during the preceding calendar years (January 1 to December 31) during the period 2018-2022 (to be filled in the attached Excel Sheet and submitted as soft copy).

Application Fee
Candidates shall pay application fee Rs. 1000/- through DD. The DD to be sent along with the application drawn in favour of REGISTRAR, ISEC payable at Bangalore.
